IPA

IPA is a refreshing artisanal beer in the India Pale Ale style, with a marked Mediterranean character, created with three malts (Carared, Carapils and Pale Ale Base), four hops (Magnum, Centennial, Mosaic and Cascade) and mineral water from the Font del Regàs, located in the middle of Montseny Natural Park. In its creation, the hops, which are this beer’s authentic protagonist, are incorporated at different points in the fermentation to contribute characteristic bitterness and a great aromatic complexity.
