Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
We offer you different possibilities depending on the available routes.
If your order suffers a break in transport, we will replace the affected products immediately. You can contact us via email info@maset.com or by calling 900 200 250 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Shipping costs are free on orders over € 50. If the amount is less than this amount, the shipping costs are € 8.
For Express 24 h Delivery orders, there is an additional cost of € 3. This service is only applicable to orders placed before 12 noon from Monday to Thursday. On weekends there is no delivery service. The 24 hour Express Delivery service is not available in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Andorra.
Delivery times vary from 24 hours to 10 working days depending on the available routes.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can exchange it for another or get your money back. You can contact us via email info@maset.com or by calling 900 200 250 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
No shipments will be made outside the aforementioned delivery area.
