100 Barricas

Each year, we hand-select the 100 finest barrels of cabernet sauvignon and merlot to craft our only gran reserva red wine. These barrels will prolong their ageing, until reaching 24 months. Once this stage is complete, the wine will continue to age gracefully in the bottle, until it reaches a full 60 months. A long and laborious ageing process that allows us to refine the time and obtain this authentic work of art.
