Pedro Ximénez

Sweet wine produced from the Pedro Ximénez grape, a variety of fantastical origin. Legend has it that Andalusian Pedro Ximén, a Flanders corps soldier, brought it in his leather pouch from the fertile Rhine valleys (Germany).
