From old vines planted in 1974 and grown according to the principles of organic farming, Natura Macabeu is born — the winery’s first skin-contact white wine. Fermented with its skins and aged for six months in French oak foudres, it’s a wine that moves with its volume and depth on the palate, its fresh and vibrant acidity, and its subtle, complex notes of white fruit and Mediterranean herbs, gently shaped by the passing of time.
