Security Incident Notice

At MASET, the protection of personal data and the trust of our customers are top priorities. We want to inform you that we have detected a security incident that has affected part of our internal systems, caused by an external attack.

What happened?

The incident occurred during the night of November 16th, 2025 and compromised the confidentiality and availability of certain personal data stored in our management system. The attack was carried out by a group of specialized cybercriminals, for which MASET filed the corresponding report with the police authorities.

What data may have been affected?

Preliminarily, the affected data may include contact information such as name, email address, phone number or home address. No financial data or payment methods were compromised.

Possible consequences

We recommend exercising extreme caution with any suspicious phone calls or electronic communications you may receive, as there is a risk of fraud or phishing attempts.

In this regard, we strongly RECOMMEND that you:

  • Be cautious if you receive a call that is not from your trusted MASET sales representative.
  • Under no circumstances will we call you to request your bank or card details, nor will we ever ask you for any SMS codes.

Measures taken

  • We have isolated the affected systems and reinforced security measures.
  • The response and recovery plan has been activated.
  • We are collaborating with cybersecurity experts and competent authorities, and measures have been taken to mitigate and prevent any possible negative impact on your rights.

What can you do?

  • Do not share credentials by email or phone.
  • We reiterate: be cautious if you receive a call that is not from your trusted representative; we will never call you to request bank or card details, nor any SMS code.
